# Supplier Sheet > Every event supplier briefed alike, quoted all-in, and ordered in time. Enter what the venue includes and locks in, > the open supplier categories with their budget lines and dates, and the quotes you hold, and get each category marked > bundled or open, quotes compared on all-in totals, the contract terms that bite read out, and the order dates worked > back from lead times - then one identical brief per category and the day-of delivery sheet. Built on the SkillSafe > skill @samber/event-vendor-sourcing, from samber/dev-event-organizer-skills (MIT), by Samuel Berthe. > Not legal advice: contract wording goes to whoever reads contracts for the team. The page supplies no supplier prices > and no benchmark - all-in quotes on one identical brief are the only benchmark. https://supplier-sheet.skillsafe.ai/ ## What is free - Bundled or open per category - catering, AV and production, security, insurance, swag, print and your own - from the venue's written answer; a category the venue has not answered in writing is blocked before any supplier is evaluated. - Each open category's brief checked against the fields the reference says it must carry: the eight every brief carries, then the category's own (service style, dietary counts and who serves for catering; sizes, the size range and an in-hand date for swag; the production specification for AV; a post order and licensing for security; the coverage decision for insurance). - The sourcing posture (referred single-source by default, multi-quote for the lines that dominate the budget or have no referral; sourcing without a written brief deleted) and the quote-comparison depth (comparing headline prices deleted), re-ranked per category against the interview with every move named. - Every quote normalised to an all-in total - headline plus delivery, staff, service charge, equipment, setup and teardown, overtime, tax and the venue's outside-supplier fee - per head, and at the headcount moved down and up by a self-set band; quotes not made on the brief, expired or incomplete flagged; over-budget flagged; the pick per category is the lowest all-in at the likely headcount. - The contract terms of each pick in money: the failure remedy, headcount moves, the cancellation steps, the deposit and the certificate-of-insurance ask in both directions, gated on scale; excerpts from pasted text. - The order schedule worked back from lead times, earliest first, already-late orders flagged; the day-of delivery sheet with the reference's catering buffers; the tactics tagged generic negotiation practice or event-supplier practice; a verdict (ask the venue first, fix first, ready to brief suppliers, ready to commit); exports: the comparison and the order schedule (.csv), the order dates and day-of arrival windows (.ics), the day-of sheet (.md), everything (.json). ## The metered lanes Two tasks on gpt-terra, metered per run, routed by `task`. Input string fields: `task` (compare or brief), `event`, `categories`, `quotes`, `contracts` (may be empty) and `facts`. - `compare` replies with `summary`, `disclaimer`, `verdict`, `categories`, `comparison`, `pick_per_category`, `terms`, `schedule`, `tactics` and `caveats`; the page holds the verdict, statuses, all-in totals, flags, picks, term amounts, order dates and tactic tags to its own. - `brief` replies with `briefs` (one per open category: about, supply, basis, quote format, questions, reply-by, contact), `delivery` (the day-of rows), `disclaimer` and `note`; it is offered when at least one category is open. ## Links - API tutorial: https://supplier-sheet.skillsafe.ai/api.html - Source skill: https://skillsafe.ai/skill/@samber/event-vendor-sourcing
